Club Auto, through its association with CAA, is the largest and most trusted provider of roadside assistance services in Canada. Between Club Auto and CAA, seven out of every ten roadside events in Canada are serviced through the CAA fleet and contractor network each year. Over the course of over 100 years of active operations, CAA has built and continues to expand its provider network using stringent acceptance criteria and operating standards. Since 1992 Club Auto has responded to the growing demand for private label roadside assistance programs. Today Club Auto provides roadside assistance services to a large number of corporate clients across Canada and the continental United States. The Vice President of Operations reports to the Chief Executive Officer. In this hands on leadership role, you will be responsible for:
- Research, strategy and execution of technology related solutions.
- Establish and execute strategies to attain call centre service excellence and oversee the management of the call centre operations.
- Provide leadership, communicate strategic direction and direct the activities of the Operations team.
Job Requirements :
Qualifications/Education: · Post-secondary education in a relevant discipline combined with significant senior executive experience · Experience working with Boards · Extensive experience working in a service oriented Organization · A seasoned business strategist who can drive business plans from inception to execution with business process analysis and change management Attributes of Successful Candidate: The ideal candidate must possess outstanding leadership, communication and interpersonal skills; have the ability to work in a fast moving environment. The candidate must also be a team player and leader who is skilled at managing teams and be able to demonstrate a high level of energy, commitment and results.
