Job Description :
Our Direct Insurance Solutions Department is made up of a dynamic team of professionals, who share in each other’s success, drive change and motivate one another while maintaining a great working environment.
As a Sr. Insurance Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing knowledgeable, effective and efficient customer service by responding to incoming telephone inquiries. You will conduct call observation and evaluation for assigned associates as well as complete technical audits on output. You will handle all customer complaints as well as deal with complex VIP and employee accounts. You will also offer professional insurance advice to associates within the team, clients and internal/external partners.
Job Requirements :
As a successful candidate, you will have a minimum of 3 years experience working within an insurance Service call center. You will have at least 1 year experience working within our insurance Service call center. You will have comprehensive product knowledge in both auto and property insurance along with a valid OTL/RIBO license. Your high sales drive and communication skills coupled with your ability to multi task and work in a fast paced environment will ensure your success in this role.
